The Pharmaceutical Industry Now: Dealing with Increased Enforcement

Join the Philadelphia Pharmaceutical Industry Defense Working Group for a roundtable discussion of problems, responses, and solutions to issues in the pharmaceutical industry enforcement.
The presenters will discuss the continuing enforcement priorities of federal and state policymakers and the whistleblower bar, as more and more resources are being used to increase government regulation in the pharmaceutical industry.
A confidential, strategic-response brainstorming session among defense counsel, corporate counsel, and compliance officers will follow the discussion.
