Professional Experience:

Don E. Felice serves as of counsel in the Investment Management practice of Montgomery McCracken. Mr. Felice focuses his practice on matters relating to the regulation of investment companies, investment advisers and their service providers as well as independent legal representation for mutual fund boards of directors and trustees. His representative transaction work includes preparation and filing of multiple proxy statements, preparation and filing of exemptive applications, negotiation of service contracts, review and preparation of registration statements, review and preparation of materials for board meetings, and research and counseling clients on various issues related to the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Mr. Felice was associated with the Corsell Law Group, Ltd., a boutique investment management law firm.  From 1999 to 2002, he was  an associate for Drinker, Biddle & Reath, LLP.

Mr. Felice served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Latrone, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

Education:

Mr. Felice received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University  School of Law in 1996, where he served as a member of the Temple Law Review. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988.
