Professional Experience:

Marcus Naples is an associate in the Business Department at Montgomery McCracken.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Mr. Naples served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sidney S. Campen, Talbot County Circuit Court.  While there, he drafted decisions and opinions of the court, wrote legal memoranda on civil and criminal matters, and performed pre-hearing research.

Previously, Mr. Naples worked as the interim director of the Language Resource Center at Davidson College. He managed the daily operations of the language lab classroom, advised student employees, and coordinated the work-study program. Prior to that, Mr. Naples completed an Instructional Technologist Fellowship at Davidson College. He served as the editor of knowledge base for the College's ITG division. He introduced emerging technologies into the classroom, purchased and organized software licenses for academic departments, and taught web design classes.

During the summer of 2002, Mr. Naples was an investment banking intern with Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. He created and updated company comparison worksheets, shareholder profiles, and assisted with pitch books. He conducted research, analyzed results and assembled profiles of potential business clients.

Education:

Mr. Naples received a J.D. degree from the George Mason University School of Law in 2008 and served as articles editor of the Journal of Law, Economics and Policy.

Mr. Naples earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Davidson College in 2003. His activities included the Roller Hockey Club, the Study Abroad Exchange program with Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and Pines Fellowship.
