Sarah P. Bryan is an associate in Montgomery McCracken's Labor & Employment Department.
Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Ms. Bryan worked as a research assistant at the University of Virginia School at Law. Previously, she served as a paralegal in the Labor/ Employment and Litigation practice groups of Winston & Strawn LLP. She also interned in the Political and Economic Department with the United States Consulate in Toronto, Canada.
Ms. Bryan is conversant in French and Russian.
Ms. Bryan has also written for The Young Lawyer, the quarterly newsletter of the ABA's Young Lawyers Division and The Student Lawyer, the monthly magazine for law student members of the ABA.
Ms. Bryan is a vice-chair of the American Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division Labor and Employment Law Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law's marketing committee. Ms. Bryan is also active in the Section's Employment Rights and Responsibilities Sub-Committee. Previously, she served as the Law Student Division Liaison to the Council of the Section of Labor and Employment Law and on the Law Student Outreach Committee.
Ms. Bryan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ms. Bryan received a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009. She served as president of the Virginia Employment and Labor Law Association and editorial board member of the Virginia Tax Review. She is a Hunton & Williams Pro Bono Asylum Fellow.
Ms. Bryan graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. degree in History, with minors in Political Science and Dance.
