Jonathan Boughrum is an associate in the litigation department at Montgomery McCracken. Mr. Boughrum concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability defense, government investigations and white collar criminal defense, and business litigation.
Mr. Boughrum has successfully represented clients at trial and on appeal in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and throughout the country. He has also represented clients in civil and criminal investigations. Mr. Boughrum has experience in the following industries: pharmaceuticals, industrial equipment, scientific testing, food product manufacture and distribution, residential and commercial construction, consumer and household products, and sporting goods.

Mr. Boughrum is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute and its Young Lawyer's Division.
Mr. Boughrum is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Boughrum received a J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2003. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Studies in 2000.
