The firm's Diversity Committee, co-chaired by Paul Lancaster Adams and Sula L. Baye, is dedicated to addressing diversity issues, providing training opportunities on diversity matters, and fostering an open and accepting atmosphere at the firm. We are a founding member of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group, Inc., a joint effort of leading Philadelphia law firms and corporate legal departments to promote diversity, including a program working with mentors from the group's member law firms and businesses to help them develop more effective mentoring skills for their attorneys, particularly lawyers of diverse backgrounds.
