Montgomery McCracken attorneys David H. Marion and Gene D. Cohen (Court of Common Pleas Judge, Ret.) are among the presenters in The Lawyers' Club of Philadelphia presentation of Trial by Judge (Civil) . This "one of a kind" CLE offering will address all aspects of Bench Trials including:
- 2:00 - 2:45 p.m. Pre-Trial Proceedings and Arguing Dispositive Motions
- 2:45 - 3:30 p.m. Trial by Judge
- 3:30 - 3:45 p.m. Break
- 3:45 - 4:30 p.m. Post-Trial Motion Practice
- 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. Appellate Advocacy
- 5:15 p.m. Cocktail Reception in the Meade Room, First Floor
This program is designed for all litigators who try cases in PA state and federal courts. Each quarter of the program addresses one specific phase of trial proceedings and consists of a panel of three highly respected local jurists. Registration begins at 1:00 p.m.
