The 12th annual "This Year in Nonprofit Law" will be presented Thursday, December 5th at the Friends Center, 15th and Cherry Streets, Philadelphia. This seminar is presented by Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP in conjunction with Nonprofit Issues®.

Donald W. Kramer, chair of MMWR's Nonprofit Organizations practice group and Editor of Nonprofit Issues will preside over this event which will discuss the most recent developments and hot topics in nonprofit law.

This program will include 5 hours of continuing professional education credits for Pennsylvania lawyers and accountants, including 1 hour of ethics credit for lawyers attending the ethics session. The program runs from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The fee for attending is $135 and includes a 1-year subscription or renewal to Nonprofit Issues ®.
