On December 30, 2007, the Tau Epsilon Rho Law Society (TER), the oldest Jewish Law Society in America, will install David H. Marion, a senior partner with the Philadelphia law firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP, as its National Chancellor.
Montgomery McCracken's immediate past chairman and a former chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Marion is widely known for his successful appellate and trial practice, concentrating in business litigation, antitrust, class actions, professional liability and constitutional law.
Marion will be installed at TER's 87th National convention to be held at the Hilton Oceanfront Resort, on Singer Island, Florida, December 27, 2007 through January 1, 2008. The convention will feature a six-hour CLE credit program conducted by Professor Robert A. Gorman of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
