Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP attorneys Daniel P. O'Meara and Adam J. Taliaferro recently presented "Making Labor Management Partnerships Work" to the Philadelphia Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA). O'Meara and Taliaferro spoke on the role that labor management partnerships can play in improving the outcomes for employees, employers, and customers.
O'Meara, a 20-year veteran in the legal profession, is a partner and vice chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Department. He has extensive experience in employment litigation, labor relations and preventive human resource practices. O'Meara is the Managing Director of the Wharton School Council on Employee Relations and is a Senior Fellow of the Wharton School Center for Human Resources.
Taliaferro is an associate in Montgomery McCracken's Litigation Department. His practice focuses on labor and employment litigation matters. Taliaferro is the founding board member of the Adam Taliaferro Foundation, a foundation dedicated to provide emotional, financial and educational support to student-athletes who suffer catastrophic head or spinal injuries in sanctioned team events in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware.
