Philadelphia, PA_ March 3, 2009   Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP attorney R. Monica Hennessy was elected to serve as co-chair of the Board of Trustees for the Sustainable Business Network (SBN) of Greater Philadelphia.  She has served the SBN board as co-chair of its program committee and chair of its personnel committee.   

Hennessy is co-chair of the Montgomery McCracken's Sustainable Business practice. She advises employers on sustainable or "green" office practices that promote profitability and productivity. Her practice concentrates principally in two areas -- in the representation of employers in all aspects of labor and employment, including allegations of discrimination investigations and whistleblower claims.

Hennessy is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Hennessy graduated cum laude with a J.D. degree from Temple University, James Beasley School of Law.  She graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree from Fordham University in 1986, where she majored in English with a minor in French.
