Montgomery McCracken attorney David H. Marion has been invited to become a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.  Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only and is based upon effectiveness and accomplishment, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.

Mr. Marion had previously been elected to Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.  He is listed in Who's Who in American Law, Best Lawyers in America, and the Chambers Guide to America's Leading Lawyers.

Mr. Marion is a former chairman of Montgomery McCracken and a former Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association.  He is widely known for his successful trial practice, concentrating in business litigation, antitrust, securities, professional liability and communications law.
