Montgomery, McCracken attorney John M. Myers addressed the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) at its annual conference in Vancouver, BC on the topic of "Effective Presentations (for lawyer and humans)."

Myers is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group. His practice experience includes partnership and closely held business claims and disputes, and claims involving employment, real estate, lender liability, joint venture issues, securities industry disputes, contract negotiation, and general business counsel including contractual and employment matters.
