Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP hosts the U. S. Law Firm Group, a national network of 19 law firms, for discussions surrounding trade secret and noncompete litigation.

Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP recently hosted a meeting devoted to trade secret and noncompete litigation. Attendees of the meeting were attorneys within the United States Law Firm Group (USLFG), a national network of 19 independent general practice law firms. Attendees shared ideas in a round table setting on subjects including the business of representing parties in trade secret/noncompete matters, innovative and effective defenses, advanced preventive practices such as trade secret audits, and opposition research.

Dan O'Meara, chair of MMWR's Trade Secret and Noncompete practice and vice chair of its Labor and Employment Law department, planned and chaired the meeting.
