At Montgomery McCracken, we value cultivating an inclusive environment for our attorneys and staff. We recognize that every employee is a vital part of the firm and that diversity and inclusion at our firm better helps us to serve the needs of our clients. We are proudly committed to providing equal opportunities for all.

We define diversity broadly as the differences among people, including race, culture, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, language and experiences. Our Diversity Committee is tasked with raising awareness of diversity throughout the firm and the community. Our Diversity Committee is tasked with raising awareness of diversity throughout the firm and the community. The Committee is led by its co-chairs, Alfred W. Zaher and Renee Nunley Smith.
