Abraham Ally Dayon is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department and focuses his practice on real estate matters.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Abraham was a summer associate with a law firm in Uniondale, New York. He has experience on commercial lease agreements and professional liability issues, and has handled false advertising in a patent case.

Previously, Abraham was an intern at the Suffolk County Attorney’s Office in Hauppauge, New York. During his time there, he provided assistance with discovery requests related to solar panels on county buildings.

Abraham is fluent in Hebrew.

Academic Achievements

Abraham received his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May 2016. He received many accolades including the Ronni D. Cohen Class Orator Award; CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Interview, Negotiation & Counseling and Torts I; Quarterfinalist for the 2015 Tulane National Baseball Arbitration Competition; and placement in the 2016 Tulane National Baseball Arbitration Competition. He was also president of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society at Touro Law Center.

Abraham earned a B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in Sports Management from St. John’s University in June 2011. He was on the Dean’s List from 2008 – 2011 and was the College of Professional Studies Honor Society Recipient of the Marianne Noonan Award in 2009 and 2011. In addition, Abraham was the founder of St. John’s Sports Management Club and was president of the club from 2008-2011.
