Arianna Goodman is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation.

Arianna defends individuals and corporations in government and internal investigations, state and federal grand jury matters, and regulatory proceedings, including SEC enforcement actions. She represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of federal criminal matters including tax violations, healthcare fraud, money laundering, anti-bribery and anti-kickback statutes, public and political corruption, and other federal offenses.

Arianna’s commercial litigation experience includes representing public and private companies in the healthcare and medical technology industries and higher education institutions. She also defends schools and individuals in concussion and other catastrophic sports injury cases involving allegations of premature return-to-play and chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), and is a frequent speaker on institutional liability matters concerning concussion management and minimizing risk.

In addition, Arianna maintains an active pro bono practice. She is involved with the Supervision to Aid Reentry (STAR) program and the Homeless Advocacy Project. Arianna frequently participates in legal clinics and volunteers for community-oriented activities.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Arianna was an associate with a criminal defense firm in Philadelphia where she handled all aspects of the criminal process ranging from the initial client meetings until disposition of the case.  Arianna has participated in dozens of bench and jury trials.

Academic Achievements

Arianna received her J.D. from University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she was an editor of the UALR Law Review, and dean of Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity. She was also a member of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers/Student Division, Hispanic Law Students Association, and a mentor with the Student Orientation and Academic Support Program. Arianna earned a B.A. degree and majored in Criminal Justice and Spanish from the University of Arkansas. She was a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society.
