Brian G. Remondino is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department.  He focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Brian has experience representing clients in various stages of civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, and government and internal investigations, with a particular focus on white collar defense and real estate litigation.

Brian also has experience representing clients in bankruptcy court, including in adversary proceedings and contested plan confirmation hearings.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Brian was a law clerk for the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and an associate at an international law firm.

Selected Representations

  • Member of the team prosecuting avoidance actions in the Insys opioid bankruptcy for the benefit of Insys’ unsecured creditors.
  • Assisted in researching and drafting brief opposing confirmation on behalf of the Official Committee of Equity Security Holders in the Pyxus International, Inc. bankruptcy in Delaware.

Brian earned his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review Editorial Board and the Order of the Coif. Brian received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Villanova University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
