Brianna Vinci is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments. She focuses her litigation practice on complex matters in the areas of intellectual property, higher education, and commercial litigation. Her practice also focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation, including cancellation and opposition matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Brianna also has experience representing clients in bankruptcy court, including in adversary proceedings and contested plan confirmation hearings.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Brianna was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Marilyn Heffley in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

  • Representing the Creditors’ Committee in the Tuesday Morning bankruptcy pending in Dallas, Texas.
  • Represented the Official Committee of Equity Security Holders in the Pyxus International, Inc. bankruptcy in Delaware.
  • Representing a medical device company accused of design patent infringement at trial before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
  • Representing a global manufacturer of alcoholic beverages in trademark matters, including in prosecution and in oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
  • Representing clients manufacturing legal cannabis products in trademark prosecution matters.Representing a private university in Title IX litigation before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Academic Achievements

Brianna earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she served as a Staff Editor and Research Editor at the Temple Law Review. She received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Muhlenberg College.
