Carrie Sarhangi Love focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense and government investigations.  She defends corporate and individual clients in criminal, civil, and regulatory proceedings, including FDA and SEC enforcement actions and state and federal grand jury investigations and prosecutions of anti-bribery and bid-rigging laws, anti-kickback statutes, False Claims Act violations, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, securities regulations, and other federal offenses. She has extensive experience trying cases, both civil and criminal, and regularly defends pharmaceutical companies, members of the financial services industry, and higher education institutions in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters.  Carrie’s prosecution background allows her to provide both trial representation and valuable guidance to her clients in the course of conducting internal investigations and developing or updating compliance and training programs.

Previously, Carrie served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. There, she first-chaired more than 25 jury trials as lead counsel and litigated hundreds of other bench trials.

She was selected for inclusion in the Philadelphia Magazine’s “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Stars” in the White Collar Defense group.
