Daniel Lavian is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Real Estate practice. Daniel represents clients across all asset classes (office, retail, multifamily, hotel and industrial properties), in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including both lender and borrower side financings (permanent, mezzanine and construction loans); acquisitions and dispositions of interests in real property and debt; ground leasing, joint ventures, workouts and development.

Daniel further guides clients through local and state regulations, including those relating to land use, assemblage, development rights transfers and rent regulation. He has broad experience with asset-based lending products.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Daniel worked as an associate at a real estate firm and held business side positions in different real estate firms, gaining practical, hands-on experience in the business.

Academic Achievements

Daniel received his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in May 2012 and earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University (SUNY) in May 2008.
