Enid L. Hyberg focuses her practice on public utilities and representation of municipal agencies.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Enid was a member of the commercial practice group at Youngblood Corcoran Lafferty & Hyberg, P.A. She has specific experience representing public utilities such as Atlantic City Electric Company, the Atlantic City Sewerage Company, the New Jersey-American Water Company and South Jersey Industries.

Enid’s representations include municipal agencies such as the Borough of Longport Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Township of Egg Harbor Planning Board, as well as public entities including the City of Northfield, the City of Ocean City, the City of Linwood, the Brigantine Board of Education and the Atlantic County Special Services District. She represents private clients in all matters related to real estate and land use and planning.

Enid received a J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law (Penn State University) in 1981. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Maryland with a B.A. degree in 1978 where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
