Biography
Gilbert R. (“Gib”) Saydah Jr. is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department and is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice group.
Gib has had extensive experience representing parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and out-of-court restructuring proceedings, including official committees of unsecured creditors; owners and purchasers of distressed assets; shopping center owners, management companies, and other landlords; large individual creditors; debtors in possession; indenture trustees; liquidating trustees and plan administrators.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Gib was a partner at a large international law firm.

Gib received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. He earned his A.B. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
