Jonathan D. Landua is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Jonathan was an associate at a multi-practice law firm, where he represented clients in matters pending in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He has experience handling testimonies, defending depositions, and negotiating settlements.

Prior to entering private legal practice, Jonathan served as a judicial law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of the State of Delaware. During his time there, he drafted judicial opinions and memoranda addressing civil and criminal matters. Jonathan also served as a Drug Court Legal Coordinator in this Court, where he was responsible for overseeing the Drug Diversion calendar and determined candidates’ eligibility and participants’ compliance with program requirements.

Jonathan previously held internship positions at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

Academic Achievements

Jonathan received a J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 2014. He was President of  the International Law Society, Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society, American Association of Justice Board Member, Intensive Trial Advocacy Program participant, and a Moot Court 1L Academic Advisor. Jonathan was also a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and finalist in the 2014 Allegheny County National Mock Trial Competition. He earned a B.A. degree in Political Science from West Chester University in 2005.
