Kristen E. Mericle

Kristen E. Mericle is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex litigation matters involving commercial disputes and employment litigation. She regularly represents employers in a variety of matters, including cases involving allegations of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination. She also has experience counseling clients on personnel issues, assisting in policy development, and conducting internal investigations regarding employment matters and allegations of sexual misconduct. Kristen represents developers and commercial landlords in commercial tenancy matters. She practices in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Kristen is certified by the SUNY Student Conduct Institute and provides investigating services under Title IX and student conduct policies. Kristen also has experience conducting intensive special investigations of fraudulent claims and misconduct.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Kristen was a law clerk at a Philadelphia law firm.

Kristen graduated from Villanova University’s School of Business with cum laude honors and was the captain of the Women’s Field Hockey Team. She earned her law degree from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law where she served as Symposium Editor for the Environmental Law Journal and was a Teaching Assistant for Business of Professional Sports.
