Michael Riecken
Associate
R. Michael Riecken is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the White Collar and Government Investigations, Product Liability, and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. His practice focuses on representing individuals and institutional clients in affirmative and defensive litigation across a diverse range of industries and disciplines. Michael’s practice centers on litigating complex matters in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict and multicounty litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Riecken was a key member of several successful trial teams at nationally recognized litigation firms.
Before joining the firm, Michael served as a law clerk for the Honorable Noel L. Hillman and the Honorable Karen M. Williams in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Yannotti in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
