Patrick Cullen is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Pat advises private and public companies, entrepreneurs and venture capital investors in a broad range of transactions, fundraising strategies, and private financings.  He also assists clients with their formation, governance, and operational needs, including drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts and software license agreements.

Additionally, Pat serves as a director for the Philadelphia Arts in Education Partnership and is a member of the firm’s Associates Committee.

Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Patrick was an associate at a Philadelphia law firm.

Academic Achievements

Patrick earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University. In law school, Patrick was a Research Editor for the Temple Law Review and an honors intern for the Honorable Eric L. Frank of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
