Saul A. Mishaan has more than 35 years of experience in all types of commercial and real estate matters. He has handled encompassing real property foreclosures, commercial paper litigation, corporate, leasing and partnership dissolutions. Saul also has extensive experience with the licensing and transfer of intellectual property on behalf of numerous licensees and licensors for both major and minor marks.

He has handled matters in state and federal court, including commercial foreclosure proceedings, partnership/shareholder/member and contract disputes, business torts, title and lien matters, trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property related disputes, creditors’ rights and general business and commercial controversies.

Academic Achievements

Saul received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 1982. He was the note editor of the Cornell Law Review and was also elected to the Order of the Coif. Saul graduated with a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1979, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
