With the significant 2017 Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement results, practitioners should understand SEC enforcement trends what to expect from the SEC in the coming year. The Business Law Section’s Securities Regulation Committee kicked off their 2018 programming by hosting a Philadelphia Bar Association CLE titled “SEC Enforcement Developments” on Feb. 28 Panelists included Kelly L.
