Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Montgomery McCracken’s real estate attorneys represented an industrial company in connection with the sale of a portion of its local manufacturing facility for redevelopment as an office park.  In addition to the real estate sale, the transaction involved subdivision issues, the leaseback of certain land and buildings, and the creation of cross-easements and utility sharing arrangements.

Our attorneys represented the operator of a multiple building industrial site in the City of Philadelphia in connection with the sale of the site.  Some of the site was owned by our client and some was leased from a New York investment group; we negotiated the sales transaction with our client’s landlord and with the buyer and resolved crucial environmental problems which enabled the buyer to redevelop the site as an industrial and office park.
