Kennedy and Renee Nunley Smith will be speaking at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s 10th Annual In-House Counsel Conference on April 25\, 2018. They will be speaking from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the program “Let’s Get Ethical! Navigating the Ethical Issues Associated with Internal Investigations.” Angela Curry\, Compliance Director at Bentley Systems and Alexandra Bak-Boychuk\, Director of Employee Relations & Compliance at Airgas will also be speaking on this program. \nThe panel will discuss issues and best practices involving confidentiality\, attorney-client privilege\, appropriate warnings and notices to employees\, and employee representatives in investigatory meetings.
