This CLE webinar will prepare in-house counsel to minimize potential damage to the corporation during business communications\, depositions and litigation through proper exercise of the attorney-client privilege to protect confidential information.\n \n\nThe in-house attorney’s dual role as legal and business advisor to the corporation raises complex legal questions regarding conflict of interest and the attorney-client privilege.
