Wook presented on “Issues in International Maritime Bankruptcy.” The panel examined legal issues that arise in an international bankruptcy proceeding\, and how such a proceeding differs from a purely domestic bankruptcy. In addition\, the panel covered unique legal issues that arise as a result of the interaction of bankruptcy and maritime laws. The panel discussed these issues using the Hanjin Shipping Company bankruptcy as an illustrative example. \n
