Litigation Associate

Location: Philadelphia

Montgomery McCracken has an immediate need for an associate to join its growing Consumer Financial Services Department. Qualified candidates should be excellent writers and have at least three years of experience in relevant private practice. Experience defending claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act is preferred. Clerkships are a plus.
