Montgomery McCracken has an immediate opportunity for a Legal Secretary in our Business Department, focusing on Real Estate and General Business practice areas. The position is in our New York office.

We are seeking a top notch legal secretary who possesses strong typing skills, excellent proofreading and organizational skills, and an ability to deal well with clients. Applicants should be able to keep up with an intense practice area with heavy volume of document support needs. Experience in working with attorneys specifically in the areas of Real Estate and General Business is required.

Applicant must be able to think on his/her feet and multi-task. This position requires establishing files and maintaining daily records of all activities along with excellent typing skills, including accuracy at a minimum of 60 wpm.
