Delaware Judge Leonard Stark Is Biden’s Latest Pick for the Federal Circuit

The Biden White House on Wednesday unveiled its latest round of judicial nominations, including a pick for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.


The White House also announced eight nominees for federal district courts, as well as a nominee for the D.C. Superior Court. Biden has announced 62 nominees for federal courts, according to the White House.

>> Georgette Castner for the U.S. District Court for New Jersey: Castner is a partner with the New Jersey firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, where she works in the litigation department, is co-chair of the cannabis law practice group and is a member of the firm’s diversity committee. She clerked for Judge Joseph Lisa of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and earned her law degree from Rutgers University.
