Montgomery McCracken attorney Ellen Brotman was a featured panelist at the ABA’s Philadelphia Young Lawyers Division of the White Collar Crime Committee presentation of “Strategies, Practice Tips, and Perspectives: Representation of Employees in Internal and Grand Jury Investigations. This roundtable discussion covered employee interviews, representation of employees, whether to hire separate counsel, working with separate counsel, joint defense agreements.

Brotman concentrates her practice on government investigations and white collar criminal defense and representation of attorneys before the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Brotman is practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for Washington, D.C. and the states of New York and Pennsylvania.
