Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads has added three lawyers from a dissolving maritime law firm in New York City. The addition of partners Eugene J. O’Connor and Timothy Semenoro and associate Robert E. O’Connor from Chalos O’Connor gives the firm 16 lawyers in Manhattan, less than three years after it opened with one.
