A recently retired New Jersey federal magistrate judge is joining Montgomery McCracken’s alternative dispute resolution practice after 14 years on the bench, the firm has announced.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel Schneider, who sat in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, will be joining Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP in its Cherry Hill office, the firm announced on Jan. 26. He will be working on the firm’s mediation and arbitration services.
