Pyxus Ch. 11 Confirmation Hinges On Asset Valuation Reports

The evidentiary record in tobacco grower Pyxus International’s Chapter 11 plan confirmation trial closed Wednesday, leaving a Delaware bankruptcy judge to determine the appropriate value of the company’s assets amid a battle with equity holders over recovery in the case.
