Tricia J. Sadd joins the ranks of those distinguished with the LEED® AP designation

Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP attorney Tricia J. Sadd has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (“USGBC”) as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional, or “LEED® AP.”  The USGBC directory lists Sadd as one of only three attorneys in Pennsylvania and one of 46 in country who have earned the LEED AP designation.  With this professional designation, firm clients assisted by Sadd are eligible to earn one point toward LEED certification for their building projects.

The U.S. Green Building Council provides a suite of standards for environmentally sustainable construction, known as the LEED Green Building Rating System.  Continually refined, the LEED Rating System addresses six major areas:  sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and the innovation and design process.

Sadd is an associate at Montgomery McCracken and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.  A member of The Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia (SBN), Sadd was a recent recipient of the organization’s Star Volunteer of the Year award.  She received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from George Mason University School of Law in 2002.   She is a member of the LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Class of 2007.
