Our antitrust expertise encompasses the full breadth of issues that arise in criminal and civil antitrust litigation and counseling, including extensive experience in class action and multidistrict litigation. Montgomery McCracken’s Antitrust Practice Group has played a leading role antitrust litigation throughout the country since our representation during the 1960s of major defendants in Eastern Railroad Presidents Conference v. Noerr Motor Co. and the Electrical Equipment cases.
