Ernest D. Holtzheimer Appointed Board Member of The Spruce Foundation

PHILADELPHIA – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Ernest D. Holtzheimer was recently appointed as a board member of The Spruce Foundation. The non-profit organization is managed by an all-volunteer group of rising stars in Philadelphia’s professional community, who are dedicated to philanthropy work through community giving and grant-making in support of the local youth. The Spruce Foundation awards $5,000 grants through a rigorous application process to local, emerging non-profits working to empower at-risk youth. One partner organization is selected annually in each of the five program areas: education, arts, health and wellness, LGBTQ and peacebuilding.

Holtzheimer is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. He combines an active litigation practice with a transactional and business advisory practice to assist clients, including individuals, mid-sized and emerging companies, multinational corporations, and investors on a wide variety of matters. Holtzheimer received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, with a Business and Entrepreneurship Concentration. He earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance and B.S. degrees, cum laude, in Entrepreneurship and Business Management with a focus on International Studies, from Rowan University William G. Rohrer College of Business.
