Firm to Receive “New Jersey’s Leading Infrastructure Project” Award from The New Jersey Alliance for Action

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to receive a “New Jersey’s Leading Infrastructure Project” award from the New Jersey Alliance for Action. The firm is being recognized for its work on Atlantic City Electric Company’s High Street Substation & Transmission Improvement project, which includes a new substation in Woolwich Township and associated transmission line upgrades through the communities of Paulsboro, East Greenwich, Greenwich, South Harrison, Swedesboro, Pilesgrove and Woolwich.
New Jersey Alliance for Action’s award program was created to highlight innovative, pioneering and landmark construction initiatives that greatly impact the state’s economy and to honor the businesses and organizations that work together as partners to ensure the project’s success. The awards ceremony will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township, NJ.
“We are honored to receive this award,” said Montgomery McCracken partner Enid L. Hyberg, who has been lead counsel on this project. “We look forward to continuing our work with Atlantic City Electric and their goals of improvements that will contribute to better electric system reliability throughout its service territory.”
Enid focuses her practice on public utilities and representation of municipal agencies. She also represents private clients in all matters related to real estate and land use and planning. Enid received a J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law (Penn State University) in 1981. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Maryland with a B.A. degree in 1978, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
