Louis R. Moffa, Jr., Speaker at ImmigrationWorks 4th Annual Summit

Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP partner Louis R. Moffa Jr. was a featured speaker at ImmigrationWorks Northwest Summit, a conference held recently in Seattle, WA.  Moffa co-presented a segment entitled “In the States: Arizona, Arizona copycats and the U.S. Supreme Court.”  The event which was sponsored by ImmigrationWorks USA and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce drew 150 employers who rely on immigrant workers for their small to medium-sized business owners, including high-tech, the service sector, agriculture and seasonal businesses.

Moffa is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and is resident in its Cherry Hill office.  Moffa’s litigation practice includes commercial and construction contracts, civil rights and constitutional torts, business torts, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination and wrongful termination, immigration and products liability.  He has extensive experience in the area of state and local public bidding and contracting.
