Michael B. Hayes Receives Pro Bono Publico Award

The judges of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania awarded Montgomery McCracken partner Michael B. Hayes the 2012 Pro Bono Publico Award – Civil Division, in recognition of his provision of “extraordinary pro bono service in the Philadelphia courts.” The annual award was presented to Mr. Hayes by the Honorable Annette M. Rizzo, before whom Hayes recently represented several clients on a pro bono basis through the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program. Mr. Hayes represented clients victimized in a fruadulent real estate deal.
