Montgomery McCracken Adds Associate Paul W. Apicella

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Paul W. Apicella has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and the Labor and Employment practice. He focuses his practice on employment litigation and labor matters and has vast experience in advising higher education institutions on issues of sex and/or gender-based harassment and misconduct (including Title IX) and other forms of discrimination (EO), including: policy formation; investigations; adjudication of student and employee disciplinary matters; and training and education.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Paul served as Title IX Compliance Administrator for three national universities and was an associate with a large national law firm.

Prior to his legal career, Paul served five years in the United States Navy.

Paul received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and awarded multiple honors including the Robert E. Lamberton Award; Jerry Zaslow Award; Outstanding Oral Advocacy in Trial Advocacy I, and; Outstanding Oral Argument in Legal Research and Writing. He graduated, magna cum laude, with a B.A. from the University of Arizona.
