Montgomery McCracken Adds Partner Timothy J. Pastore to New York Office

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of Timothy J. Pastore to its Litigation Department. Pastore will serve as vice-chair of the Litigation Department and a partner in the firm’s New York office. Pastore counsels clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings around the country and on advisory matters, with a particular emphasis on home automation, electronic security, and commercial real estate.
“We are excited to have Tim join our New York office,” said Richard M. Simins, Chairman of Montgomery McCracken. “Tim’s arrival will further strengthen our New York presence and he will serve as an important addition to our growing Litigation Department.”
Pastore’s commercial real estate experience includes commercial mortgage foreclosures, repurchase claims, fair value purchase disputes, alleged breach of CMBS servicing standards, commercial lease and partnership disputes, land use, and other sophisticated disputes that involve commercial property. Many of his clients include prominent loan servicers, large commercial landlords, trustees, funds, CMBS lenders, family offices, and high-net worth individuals.
Pastore joins Brad D. Rabinowitz, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice, and Matthew A. Bondy, Of Counsel, in New York.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Pastore was a partner at a national law firm.
Pastore received his J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. He earned his B.A. degree from Bucknell University. Pastore was previously a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and Judge Advocate General (JAG) and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.
