PHILADELPHIA–Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that the firm has launched White Collar Alert , a legal blog providing news and insight to counsel and legal observers concerning white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, government litigation and regulatory compliance.
Nelson concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and government investigations and white collar crime. He has particular experience handling civil and criminal matters involving alleged fraudulent conduct, antitrust and collusive behavior, and other financial crimes. He represents individuals and corporate entities in all phases of civil and criminal litigation, conducts internal investigations and provides corporate compliance and training advice.
Dougherty focuses on government investigations and white collar crime, related civil litigation and complex commercial litigation. She has defended individual and corporate clients in criminal and related civil proceedings, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement actions, involving securities fraud, antitrust violations, health care fraud, money laundering, tax fraud, environmental crimes and other federal offenses.
Prokopick concentrates her practice on government investigations and white collar crime and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, she served as an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia and has prosecuted attempted murders, aggravated and simple assaults, forgeries, robberies, narcotics sales, DUIs and thefts.
Sarhangi focuses her practice on government investigations and white collar crime, related civil litigation, and complex commercial litigation. She has successfully tried hundreds of cases, both civil and criminal. She has also previously served as an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia. Sarhangi’s prosecution background allows her to provide both trial representation and valuable guidance to individuals and corporations who are subjects of government investigations as well as to conduct internal investigations and provide corporate compliance and training advice.
