PHILADELPHIA – Montgomery McCracken partner Christopher Scott D’Angelo recently served as moderator and speaker for the 2015 International Corporate Counsel College, which is organized and presented in Europe each year by the International Association of Defense Counsel. D’Angelo moderated the 2015 ICCC panel discussion, “(Collective) Damages Claims – A Whole New World.” The panel discussion explored the European Directive on antitrust damages actions issued in November 2014 and related global developments in class actions. His practice emphasizes litigation and preventive counseling in the fields of business and business torts, intellectual property, class actions and products liability.
